# Ruth: borrow the tune's rhythm, not fake humanization

The accepted primary melody is already on its exact shared grid. Its 68 notes
use mostly integer/half-beat positions, plus fourteen third-of-a-beat pickup
positions, and only two near-uniform velocities. The current 93-note new solo
instead uses quarter-beat positions extensively and no thirds. That is a real
difference in rhythmic language, not evidence that any one subdivision is
intrinsically wrong or that jitter would make the solo human.

This separate performance keeps all 93 pitches, their order, original touch,
string choices, six sentences, form, bass and shared bar clock. Selected internal
turns borrow the accepted melody's long-note/two-short-pickup and triplet-fall
figures: the opening thought, its lifted answer, the major/minor turn, the one
quicker rise, the late crest and the final low answer. All six sentence starts
and endings, the strong harmonic anchors and the existing bass reply spaces
remain fixed. This is written rhythmic development across a complete chorus,
not random timing perturbation, a tempo change or a new guitar model.

The comparison control is the original longer-sentences take at
`experimental/ruth-solo-writing-02`, not its unapproved wider-touch child. Do not
silently adopt that alternative as the default. The new rhythm may also be less
musical; neither side is declared the winner or proof of soul/Pat-level playing.

Only the solo is newly synthesized through the unchanged original guitar SHA256
`1acd8809a4576871e9927bd2ca5015aeb5e6530b5fc956766bd64f502da9813d`.
Instrument/excitation/release/filter/pan/source-gain parameters stay fixed.
The score checker guards against accidental same-string overlaps selecting the
old renderer's alternate release-tail branch. The inherited per-note instrument
does not implement a new finger/legato model.

Keep exact accepted theme/ring-out/closing PCM and integer mix-minus-guitar
backing, and match only the new complete solo with one constant output gain.
All earlier models, scores, recordings and URLs stay untouched. Actual complete
render/PCM/codec/native-player checks are required before any separate
publication. No recorded samples, agent playback or paid audio-review API.
