A more flowing, original waltz for guitar and bass, taking the first track’s waltz setting as a starting point. This is a new composition, not a rendition of “Waltz for Ruth.” Inspired by Beyond the Missouri Sky.

Room for an answer
The guitar leaves space for the bass to answer a phrase. Both follow the same pulse, breathe at phrase endings, and meet on the final arrival.
First sound study. Both instruments are synthesized from vibrating string modes, body resonances, and a small artificial room. No recorded samples or vocals. The instrument models are still early prototypes. This study changes the guitar’s pluck spectrum and body response. The bass uses the earlier model for comparison. Both instruments still need substantial work.
