Double-time, still a duo
The corrected opening leads into an original double-time bebop solo at 0:42. Acoustic guitar and bass only. The underlying tempo, form and bass accompaniment stay in place.
The guitar develops the earlier bebop chorus with faster connected lines, chromatic enclosures and chord-tone arrivals. Phrases still breathe; held endings leave the bass room. This is a newly composed guitar performance, not sped-up audio.
Guitar melody and bass, with no added chord layer. The bass uses the gentler-ringing model. The opening guitar pickup into B♭–C is corrected to A natural. The bass descent around the same passage is corrected to D♭–C–F. Guitar vibrato comes from small changes in the simulated string tension. No samples. No added chords. The solo is our composition over the tune’s changes, not a transcription of Pat Metheny’s performance.
