Same notes. Different instruments.

The new model releases a held string over a finite time and lets the string and body exchange forces. Bass contact with the fingerboard comes from the simulated motion. Switching preserves your place.

A work in progress, not a recreation of the recorded performance. Both versions use the same corrected register and tempo, with instrument RMS levels matched before a shared peak adjustment. No recorded samples or vocals. The reference recording is used only for measurement.

Composition: Charlie Haden. Opening melody checked against this publicly shared lead sheet; bass accompaniment is a simplified study arrangement.
